Sean was my supervisor when I worked at Plextronics from 2008 to 2010 and he’s one of the best managers and the brightest persons I have ever worked for. As a dedicated manager and later on director of device manufacturing engineering, he’s shown great leadership skills always with big pictures in mind. Sean’s a very motivated, data driven, and well organized leader with high energy. He’s very open to suggestions and discussions and is always ready to help others. Sean played an instrumental role in establishing a world leading OLED/OPV pilot manufacturing line (Dline) at Plextronics including team building, plant construction, equipment selections, line startup, device/process development, new device design & introductions, and all other aspects of management activities related to the device fabrication. With his leadership, Dline had consistently and successfully hit the major milestones within the company’s expected timelines which further solidified Plextronics’ world leading role in organic electronics industries and also significantly boosted the customer satisfactions. I believe that Sean is highly qualified for any leadership roles and will make significant contributions to the organizations.

I worked with Sean at GE Plastics where he owned process development of new materials for the manufacture of next generation optical media formats. In this role, Sean successfully led a cross functional / cross business team including research, technology, marketing, and external OEM partners. In addition, he worked alongside a number of global customers. His leadership, attention to detail, and technical expertise while managing multiple business and customer requirements are some of his many strengths. I look forward to the opportunity to work with Sean in the future.
