Therefore becoming a trainer seemed natural to me. In 1996 I founded ACC a software consulting firm that partners with business-related software. ACC became incorporated in 2000.As a Channel Partner and teaching organization that provides knowledge-consulting, I believe no one should be “thrown in” when choosing or implementing new software. By tailoring the choice of modules to fit business needs, and adapting training to fit the end-user, clients become excited knowing what they need and want can be implemented.Training and support provides✔ NASBA-Certified Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits for designated classes;✔ Use of a remote desktop tool enabling ACC to log onto the user’s computer thereby walking them through tasks so that they may watch/learn.Sage products in general provide easy adaption, comprehensive business processes, and are super user-friendly and intuitive. I began my career focusing on accounting and MIS (Management Information Systems) installing, training, and supporting the client’s accounting software system. Included were setting up General Ledger (GL) Structures, Financial Reporting, Distribution and Manufacturing Systems. Demonstrating I can listen to what is being asked of me, it was during this time I began to develop presentation skills, customer relationship building attributes, and a knowledge base of what would become connectivity.
