As an Event Manager, my role was to manage a team of 5 professional fundraisers while developing management skills by overseeing 1-3 events all over the city we were operating in. While assisting in team member development, I honed my skills by combining team member training with management layers. Applying sales and marketing techniques to raise funds for charitable organizations. In May of 2018, I was chosen to move to Fort Worth to help train and build a new office in Fort Worth.
