  I have worked in a variety of departments at Linden Oaks. I started out working on our child and adolescent inpatient and outpatient units. In 2005 I began working with the SAFE alternative program at Linden Oaks working with adult and adolescents struggling with self-injurious behaviors. The SAFE Alternative program left in 2006 and I was given the opportunity to develop and run a new Adolescent self-injury program named Adolescent Discoveries. I ran this program from August 2006-August 2014. I transitioned to working on the adult outpatient program in 2014 where I have been ever since. I have trained many interns and staff over the years in working with clients in the Adolescent Discoveries program and in our general adult outpatient program. I have also trained many staff over the years in the role of Clinical Therapist. I have done many presentations over the years on several topics including working with teenagers and adults struggling with self-injurious behaviors. Show less
