Helped to establish & run a brand new supported living project for 7 folk, 5 guys and 2 gals, aged between 21 & 47 with complex health-related, physical & psychological challenges, all of whom have a desire for independence, to live in their own homes and to seek broader horizons. Working for an organisation who are, simply, a breath of fresh air in my personal experience. Myself and three others toiled and battled, tooth and nail, to provide a broader, more fulfilling life and future for one individual despite complex needs, anxiety issues, physicality and a complete lack of parental co-operation.
