  • Adapted to a culture, language, and society that differs from my own and learned to bridge these differences with a learner’s mentality. • Taught English as a second language to small groups of university students. • Co-led a team of six and pioneered new ministries from the ground up resulting in five new college campus movements and a student leader group of 30 students; these student teams then led their respective campuses. • Gained valuable experience in leading my peers in a foreign country as a team leader while also working with Ecuadorian nationals to complete a variety of objectives. • Established and maintained consistent relationships with a donor group of approximately 60 people and organizations that funded over $80,000 for a two-year period. • Organized and executed a program for teaching students how to raise financial support for their ministries and led trainings of said material in multiple cities in Ecuador. • Received extensive instruction in team building, increasing cultural awareness, launching student-led movements and personal spiritual growth. Final Ministry Statistics (over eighteen month span that includes student and volunteer participation): • Movements established on five campuses and a presence on two others. • Around 2,000 spiritual conversations, 1,200 Gospel presentations, and 150 students receiving Christ.
