  A System Test Engineer working in the Acadia Lab, I was responsible for full, end to end test cycles across all Motorola settop boxes. Performed complete end to end testing, and created documentations showing my results. QA engineer,• Worked with Systems Integration Testing Group, DAC orientated testing, and Product Functional Test group. • Ran system tests cycles on Motorola headends and STB’s using Test Central test database• Performed EAS testing including, SCTE-18, Enhanced and Unenhanced Channel Override EAS, and Motorola DAC CEAS• Tested IPPV, rDVR, fault insertion using Aloha, Bug and failure reporting as well as finding the origin of the failure and a projected cause• Use of on screen diagnostics (OSD) to troubleshoot STB and headend issues• Testing on all Motorola STBs from DCT700 and DCT2000s to DCX3400. Loading code objects onto the DAC (via FTP transp011) and defining code objects on the DAC• Loading code to the STBs as well as deleting code from the settops Comcast Downingtown, • System Test: Responsible for full, end to end test cycles across all settop boxes• Performed complete testing, and created documentations showing my results. • Responsible for full installation and pre-test of the automated test program in the Downingtown Lab. Telecommunications Support Services,• Cable box testing for Guideworks.• Head End Racking and stacking and Installing N'Streams Video On Demand Systems at various locations throughout the United States. • Digital HIE Integrations: Rack, Stack, installation and integration broadband equipment in multiple MSO H/E.
