Currently working with the cloud team to manage the Delego AWS footprint including a couple thousand linux servers, a couple hundred RDS databases, various containers, ELK stacks and other various tools and utilities. At TMML I provide support for workstations, copiers, printers, blackberries and inventory bar code scanners for three offices and nationwide sales staff. I am responsible for maintaining several Windows servers including WSUS for update distribution and MDT for deployments hosted on an ESXi platform. I manage and maintain both the internal wired and the external wireless networks to ensure they are running efficiently and keeping up with the users needs. Internet Helpdesk Technician

At Amtelecom I was part of a three person team responsible for answering calls to the internet help desk from their 23000 internet subscribers. We were required to work together to quickly diagnose area outages and potential routing problems. We needed to be able to quickly walk customers through solutions on their computers while not being able to see what they are doing and we were on call 24/7 on a three week rotation. I was also responsible for some Linux server installations and maintenance including Sendmail with SpamAssasin and some Counter Strike game servers.
