  Managing Director Sean Quinn set up Pier (UK) Ltd in 2001 after several years’ experience with other sub-contractors carrying out drainage contracts across the UK. After building up a considerable amount of excavators and trench support equipment to enable us to be self sufficient, Sean Quinn, with the help of his forward thinking team, has seen an opportunity to provide a wider range of services to our clients reducing their need to employ additional sub-contractors. With the purchase of the Vacuum Excavation Unit in January 2009 and the Ground Penetrating Radar Unit in September 2009, we have widened our client base into all sectors of the construction, civil engineering and utility markets, offering the Vacuum Excavation Unit and the Ground Penetrating Radar Unit for hire on a flexible daily basis or contract hire.
