  Working as a Careers Adviser since 1996 I am fully qualified with the Diploma in Careers Advice and Guidance Parts 1 and 2 and have extensive experience of supporting people from all backgrounds with their career progression including young people in secondary education, unemployed adults and others looking to make subsequent career change. In 2017 I successfully completed a Coaching certificate which provided an insight into a whole new skillset which changed my practice. In 2019 I successfully completed the taught element of the Post Graduate certificate in Personal and Business Coaching facilitated by Barefoot Coaching and accredited by the University of Chester. I am now incorporating this learning into my professional practice and supporting both young people and adults to make well informed realistic career and life choices. Show less
