During my time at Stack, Sean was responsible for liaising between the Engineering team, the sales team and the customer. His commitment to customer satisfaction was one of the key contributing factors to my success in a new business role. As a sales person I could be confident that regular updates would be continually obtained from the necessary engineers, customers would be contacted repeatedly to ensure complete satisfaction and updates would be fed back to the sales team as to project progress. In the rare event of a bump in the road, Sean's normal update to the sales team was "This is the problem, I have spoken to the customer and suggested this course of action, which they are happy with and I will keep in touch to make sure they stay that way. If there is any change I will let you know."
