Michael Tiller
Simply put he's one of the strongest programmers I have ever known. He's also the best pair programmer I've ever seen; we would work together occasionally on integrating and optimizing back end to front end feature sets. During that time I found Sean to be the best Occam's Razor for programming. He can tell you why your code is wrong faster than anyone else I've ever met. Truly an asset to any team that gets him. At UXM most of us were happy to claim ourselves magicians, but this dude is an actual wizard.
Wesley Derstine
Sean was an excellent developer, excellent mentor, and very collaborative individual. He was integral to our backend systems and always made interacting with the backend from the frontend a very smooth and simple experience giving us exactly what we needed. His knowledge of C# and problem solving skills were amazing. Whenever we were working on problems together, he always gave excellent feedback and was always willing to take the time to demonstrate a better solution. His ability to collaborate on creative solutions to UX problems and supply the backend was always impressive. Working with Sean was great. He's an excellent lead I would enjoy working with him any time.
