  • Provide assistance directly for Vice President in all capacities including but not limited to blanket contracts, sales quotes, and daily, weekly, and monthly excel spreadsheets for the President meeting updates. • Interact with customers and agents to provide sales quotes and timely information in response to inquiries about sales orders and request for quotes while meeting daily sales quota of 250,000 LBS per day • Educate and sell ACSR, ACSS, ACAR, Alumaclad, Galvanized steel, bare copper, and covered cable such as XHHW, USE/RHH/RHW-2, L-824-C airport lighting cable and service drop copper wire and cable • Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and quarterly price sheets adjusted to daily metals closing price • Manage customers consignment inventory adjusted to past and forecast consumption • Receive and respond to calls and emails from customers and agents to check and expedite shipping schedule • Work with Production and Packaging departments to determine shipping schedule • Assist sales with change order paperwork to existing orders • Assist accounting with new customer paperwork • Assist with return authorization paperwork for all customer returns and damaged freight returns • Compile and distribute sales reports • Update sales spreadsheets weekly, monthly and quarterly for client blanket price sheets Show less
