Personal Trainer/ Assistant Ops Manager

Sep 2000 - Jul 2004
When I was first hired at Ballys, I knew very little about fitness. However, I took every continuing education class that was offered by the company and soon became one of the most knowledgeable personal trainers on staff. It was at Ballys that I first discovered that I enjoyed working with people who were recovering from illnesses and/ or injuries. I also taught spinning and developed a popular core strength and wellness class while at Ballys. When I was first hired at Ballys, I knew very little about fitness.
