Key Responsibilities: -Develop and implement strategic marketing plan for membership growth and retention -Management of all new referrals through phone, text and email communication. -Conduct prospective member tours at the club. -Ownership of all digital marketing campaigns including social medias, websites, newsletters. -Planning and hosting membership events. -Attendance at relevant trade shows and marketing events. -Consistently ensure a high-quality experience for members, demonstrating values of Carefree Boat Club. -Weekly reporting on lead generation. -Implement and execute boat orientation and safety training with members. -Build strong relationships with local businesses to develop referral sources for new members.
