  Duel Season Private boat. Joined the Vessel as a deckhand for the first year before being promoted. Duties included but not limited too, Supporting the bosun with the running of the 6 man deck team on a day to day basis, Extensive driving of two 9m custom built meyer tenders with inboard twin prop twin screw.. Navigational lookout watches, Anchoring procedures, Team leader with docking procedures, Foredeck davit based tender launching, Awlgrip paint repairs, Fairing repairs, project management. The Vessel had an extensive yard period and during this time I trained the new crew with tender driving, maintenance projects and also getting the vessel prepared for the upcoming season. When the Bosun was on leave i would step up into his position assisting the 2nd Officer with weekly and monthly ISM checks. When the vessel was in season it would have 35 guests on board at one time including high profile names.
