  Before COVID, I set up and facilitated high ropes events with my team, with special attention to safety and participant experience. Now, I am among two remaining ropes staff members, and I train other campus recreation workers to run large group team building events, and also run these events myself. I am also the main contributor to the ropes course Instagram page, where I post photos and videos from the events I organize.
