I worked with Sean on many projects at elstat and I can say hand on heart Sean is one of the nicest, diligent and well respected people I have had the pleasure to work with. Sean was instrumental in turning around a department which was sadly unmotivated into one which thrived and was a credit to the company. Sean's lateral thinking and motivational style was a breath of fresh air at elstat. I'm sure he would be a fantastic addition to any company. He is a real inspiration to many.
