Overseeing and coaching student callers in parent and alumni fundraising outreach. This includes monitoring statistics like call time, CPH, and Contact Rate. The supervisor role also entails coaching callers on the best strategies and techniques to both engage with prospects and maximize fundraising engagement, requiring not only calling/fundraising skills but also leadership and teaching skill. One other primary role of the Supervisor is tracking call center performance through report sheets in excel, to monitor calling and callers. SWOT analyses are also done regularly to evaluate both the call center's performance as well as the data segments that we are calling (data analysis). Show less

    • Summer Staff
      • May 2020 - Jul 2020

While initially, this was supposed to be just another camp, it quickly turned into a season of adaptation and flexibility, as we did everything that we could to encourage youth to experience summer camp back in the red hot days of covid. As a result, we added covid specific duties including sanitizing everything that the campers interacted with, particularly cleaning and sanitizing every inch of the camp and cabins in between sessions. What all of that means, is that for the time that we were open, we balanced the known and expected summer camp experience while also working double-time behind the curtain to maintain cleanliness and health for both the staff and the clients.
