After finishing University I was invited to re-join Centerprise International (having previously worked for 1 year at the company during my placement) in the position of Product Development Manager. In this role I was responsible for the Centerprise built PC’s and Servers. The initial task in this role was to introduce a formal Centerprise brand and product range. This included producing technical ISO compliant build documentation and marketing material. Whilst in this role I created a configuration tool that allowed the sales team to configure custom PC’s with unique specifications and generate quotes based upon the specifications selected. My role in the company involved creating a false identity and calling clients, posing as a customer. Following the call it would then be my job to write a report on the quality of the service given. This position sometimes required extremely quick thinking and ingenuity. It also gave me the opportunity to improve my communication skills.
