  My primary roll on all platforms is lead engineer. In that roll I am in charge of directing work being preformed on all equipment regarding radar and communications, as well as being very hands on when troubleshooting is involved. My sencondary roll on all platforms is Ship's operation manager. As such, I over see the daily operations in all departments on the ships including Radar, communication, and maintenance, as well as time card administration and disipline.   I was lead engineer on multiple installations of communication equipment on board US Navy, and MSC ships as well as a few military installations. I oversaw crew of as many as 35 prime and sub-contractors. I was also the lead technician on the design of the Navy wide system called 5Khz which gaeve the Navy the ability to quadruple the usable bandwidth of UHF SATCOM system.
