Project Management Item Card Project • Solely responsible for updating product details on company’s ERP system • Fill out individual product item cards with product length, width, weight, cost price, selling price, labelling data and packaging information • Involved constant communication with Finance, Operations, IT, Production and Warehouse departments • Long term project which resulted in more accurate product information being available in one place for all departments to use Preparing and Maintaining Accounting Records • Full responsibility for Group Bank Recs • Updating the companies accounting ledgers on a monthly basis • Reconciling debtors control accounts with that of the bank on a monthly basis. • Preparing Sales Reps reports and relevant KPI’s • Monthly profit and loss a/c’s for Irish Sales depots
