Head Of Training
-
Sep 2019 - Aug 2020
My primary objective has been to develop an e-learning based customer and partner training concept. This has encompassed both quickly acquiring a deep knowledge of the FireStart software as well as LMS vendor research, selection, and price negotiation. The project then moved onto the next stage of content production and site design for which I am primarily responsible. The learning content we create is video and text based to provide distinct learning paths to customers and partners and enable them to receive certifications in the FireStart software. In addition to the e-learning objective, I also write English language blog, article, and newsletter content for content marketing purposes and assist with pre-sales demos.

Inside Sales Representative
-
Apr 2019 - Aug 2019
As an Inside Sales Rep I conducted sales outreach via telephone and/or E-Mail to potential customers and leads in order to determine the possible solutions presented by Business Beat's unique employee survey software tool. I not reached out to leads acquired by inbound marketing but also strategized sales campaigns to bring in more targeted contacts and leads. A major part of the sales process was giving the contact a live demo and providing them with a Proof of Concept for the employee software tool. I would discuss the client needs and prepare a solution tailored to those needs in order to show the full value of the Business Beat software.

Content Manager
-
Jul 2018 - Mar 2019
As a Content Manager I managed a small team of content producers in the areas of sport and lifestyle and also contributed my own content as time permitted. Our goal was to produce high quality but easily digestible content to grow the reach of the new social media platform being built by the company. Alas, the platform itself was never launched and the content never published. At the same time I doubled as a Customer Success Manager for the companies true product, the Content Management System. I worked with both potential and established customers and partners to provide Proof of Concept and also maximize value from the system.

Mitarbeiter im OCC - Sales Desk
-
Sep 2017 - Jun 2018
A fast-paced role that revolved around the business end of ambulance flight planning. In order to succesfully perform patient repatriations, I communicated efficiently and clearly in both English and German to international clients. Quote requests were processed in a timely fashion and made more attractive where applicable in order to maximize flight effiiency and margins for the company. In addition to the primary responsibilty of quoting, planning, and overseeing patient flights, I developed n analysis tool using Microsoft Excel that compared flight requests to flights performed. This tool helped bridge the gap between the Operations Control Center Sales Desk and the International Sales Team by using data to show best customers, most frequently requested destinations by timeframe, and most frequently performed repatriations.

Cultural Affairs Coordinator
-
Jun 2017 - Aug 2017
In the summer of 2017 I worked for the University of New Orleans Summer School in Innsbruck as the Cultural Affairs Coordinator (CAC). As the CAC I was responsible for organizing afternoon cultural activities for our students, in order for them to explore and become familiar with Innsbruck and Tyrol. The activities I organized ranged from hikes led by professional mountain guides, to city tours, to playing soccer with local refugees. In order to successfully carry out the events, I had to communicate efficiently and competently in English and in German with local partners, "sell" the activities to our students, and ensure the safety of everyone involved.

Local Market Manager
-
Nov 2014 - Jul 2015
I was the Local Market Manager for Relay Foods' Richmond Southside Market. In total, I personally supervised 11 Relay Foods Pickup Locations and conducted both direct sales and market-wide marketing initiatives throughout the Southside Market. During my tenure, I grew the total revenue of my market by creating individual strategy plans for each pickup location. These plans both complemented and supported one another and helped shape a general growth plan for the entire market. This approach allowed me to close and move sites when needed, as well as open brand new pickup sites in new "sub-markets".
