Concentrating my practice in complex Family Law and Appellate matters, I primarily work on high net-worth pre- and post-decree issues ranging from business and privately-traded asset valuation, income analysis for the purposes of support, issues of taxation and minimizing tax impact resultant from dissolution, to issues related to the support and allocation of parental responsibilities for children. While I have enjoyed a great deal of success in litigation, at both the State and Federal level, I pride myself in my ability to settle complex matters, having resolved hundreds of millions of dollars in dispute, by agreement, since joining the Firm.Illinois Supreme Court cases include:*In re Marriage of Crecos, 126192Appellate cases include:* In re Marriage of Paris, 2020 IL App (1st) 181116* In re Marriage of Peradotti, 2018 IL App (2d) 180247*Ammar v.
