The PEC bargains and maintains the health coverage benefits for all eligible employees, retirees, and active elected officials of the City of Quincy. As Chair, I exercise general supervision over the various activities of the PEC, preside at all meetings, appoint standing committees and ad hoc committees. I served as Vice-Chair of the PEC from July 2015 - November 2017.
