As third-party planner, write, develop and prepare repair work packages US Naval ships. Conduct shipboard inspections as needed to insure correct information for work packages. Review and interpret Ship installation drawings, NAVSEA Standard Items, blueprints, and various documents required for work package development. Ensure work packages are in compliance with published NAVSEA standard items. Utilize the Navy Maintenance Database (NMD) to input completed work packages, applicable drawings, technical manuals, and Naval documents and messages as they apply to work packages for review by the government representatives.
