Sean is one of the most outstanding I.T. account managers I have had the privilege of working with in my 30 year career. When I was re-negotiating all vendor contracts (hardware and software) for a medium size medical mgmt firm in Southern California, I did not think it was possible to obtain Fortune 500 discounts and services. I was wrongs. Contracts I was able to work out with shawn for large vendors such as Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Symantec, VMWare, etc. were superior to what my predecessors had done and the arrangements I had worked out directly myself with those companies.
