Four Gems Real Estate is a private single-family rental (SFR) company that specializes in investment, redevelopment, and rental properties in Maryland. Real estate services include leasing, property management, and maintenance.I work with the acquisitions team to determine feasible properties, which includes compiling cost estimates for renovation programs, projecting stabilized revenue and expenses, and estimating market value upon completion.Other duties include maintaining the property database, monitoring actual income and expenses, and determining which properties are candidates for disposition.

Valbridge Property Advisors is the largest independent commercial property valuation and advisory services firm in the U.S. with 74 offices and a staff of nearly 700. They offer appraisal and market analysis services, and financial analysis in support of the financing, acquisition, marketing and leasing of all property types.I received hands on training from several MAI's. My primary tasks include researching comparable sales and rents, and maintaining information in the company database (Datappraise). I have some exposure to Argus Enterprise (AE). Property types I've worked on include industrial, office, multifamily, and self-storage.
