Researches and orders consumable parts for aircraft (to include MICAP) and equipment using WEBFLIS, IMDS, and ILS-S data bases. Verifies that the correct parts has been received and signed for in ILS-S. Track and Turn in DIFM parts in a timely manner. Maintains and validates Supply listings to include reconciling Document Validation Report. Stock and sorts parts using FIFO procedure. Inventory and maintain Bench Stock levels, shop stock and operating stock. Clear rejects documents in ILS-S. Managed Precious Metals to include establishing a precious metals recovery strategy, HAZMAT and Reusable Container Program. May be responsible as primary or alternate custodian for the following programs: HAZMAT, Land Mobile Radio (LMR), Consolidated Tool Kit (CTK), Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE), Technical Order Distribution Assistant (TODA), spare tools, bench/operating stock, vehicle and/or equipment accounts as directed by management. Receives technical guidance from Managers, Leads or higher level technicians as required. Reviews and completes forms documentation pertinent to aircraft or equipment maintenance, enters maintenance actions into applicable MIS system and will make entries in forms, logs, records or electronic equivalent as required. Customer Support Liaison for the F-16 Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Program. Primary duties include initiates and process purchase orders (P.O.) for logistics requirements based on customer demand including review, research, creation, maintenance and delivery of spares, Maintenance repairs, and Support Equipment (S.E) orders in accordance with F-16 Foreign Military Sales procedures. Reviews Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAP)/Aircraft on Ground (AOG) outstanding requisitions and schedules to ensure delivery of logistics requirements in accordance with schedule and customer demand. Follows up and maintains visibility of potential schedule discrepancies and acts to resolve issues. Works with cross-functional teams as needed to ensure timely and accurate order processing of logistics requirements. Reviews and researches customer requirements and contractual source documents to ensure order accuracy when entering requirements into the Integrated Logistics Support System (ILIAS). Equipment and FF&E Manager for all IQAF Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). Duties included ensuring all accountable Government property is properly managed and controlled throughout the property lifecycle (i.e. acquisition, use, disposition) in order to maintain an approved property management system. Review existing property records at each location and compare documented part numbers, serial numbers, and barcodes to those of equipment located on site. Identify and document any equipment not already included in existing property records. Review/evaluate equipment received at warehouse to determine and document part number, serial number, quantity, equipment condition, etc. Evaluate purchase documentation to associate equipment received with appropriate Purchase Orders. Establish and maintain accountable property records in property management system and Item Unique Identification (IUID) database records
