  Experience: CDI – PSS (National Accounts), Atlanta, GA June 2010 – January 2013 Lead Recruiter – National Accounts Team (East Coast) *Lead Recruiter on our National Accounts team managing the Wells Fargo Account. *Recruited mostly on the Application Development side of Wells Fargo including C#, Java, Sr. Technical Project Managers and other skills. *Recruited on system reqs (Wells Fargo VMS) and relationship reqs in multiple territories including Charlotte, MN, St. Louis and other Wells Fargo locations. *Worked directly with hiring managers qualifying reqs, submitting candidates, setting up interviews and closing candidates with new hire instructions. *Managed weekly coverage report to make sure all reqs from Wells Fargo had coverage and viable candidates in play. *Managed the weekly recruiter metrics and made sure each recruiter met the minimum subs, interviews and hires required in spotlight. *Had weekly one on ones with all the recruiters to go over their metrics and was responsible for verbal and written warnings for those not meeting metrics. *Led training seminars to increase work knowledge (once a month). *Managed quarterly recruiting contests as well as the “weekend blitz” program.
