  I started at gabbro in may 2007 as a trainee machine operator, over the years i progressed as a deep hole borer and press operator this included making sure steel bars ranging from 20" lengths upto 240" lengths are straightened within spec suitable for boring. In march 2015 i was promoted to shift supervisor, this role see's me supervising a four man team on a days/night shift patteren. I also have to ensure that correct job cards and and tooling is available for my shift and to plan ahead for the follow-on shift. Show less
