I had the opportunity to work with Sean in various roles over the last 7 years I have been with De Nora. He has always been a great mentor and a great friend, who always goes out of the way to support his team and anyone who asks for help, without any reservations. Sean has great technical expertise combined with management skills to manage a large team and steer the team to success. He is inspirational leader who will always stand by his team and solve the problems together with the team with great dedication and team work. Together we were able to work on some of the most challenging projects and delivered successfully. Over the years Sean had held various positions at De Nora and had always contributed great value to the growth of the Business and deliver excellent quality products even through some of the toughest of the projects and situations. Sean has been instrumental in various critical endeavors started at De Nora over the years including the most recent implementation of Windchill and SAP in this facility through the COVID pandemic season and rolled out both the platforms with great success. I can with great confidence recommend Sean that he will be great asset to any organization and will be able to impart a great variety of expert knowledge and skills to contribute to the success of the organization.
