Sean is a driven, ambitious worker that delivers results consistently. I had the opportunity to work with Sean on A350 THSA as he was transitioning to lead mechanical engineer on the program. Sean came up to speed incredibly fast; he instantly took ownership of the project and had the ambition and drive to to be nothing but successful in a mechanical engineering role. Not long after, Sean naturally grew into a project manager position where he managed off-site manufacturing and sustaining design teams. It was a pleasure working with Sean, and he earns my highest recommendation as an individual contributor and a leader.

I am writing to recommend Mr. Sean Alcantara. I worked with Mr. Sean Alcantara while at Rockwell Collins Electro-Mechanical Division. I was a Senior Systems Engineer at Rockwell Collins supporting Requirement Verification of products from Development to Sustaining. Sean joined our team as a mechanical engineer and immediately jumped in on our Pilot Controls and Actuation product lines. His technical experience was exactly what we needed to solve multiple issues quickly and effectively. Eventually we were transferred under the same Manager Mr. David Buendia, he tried his hand at Project Engineering, and I began to directly support his legacy Pilot Control Systems from Gulfstream and Embraer Aircraft. He was an exceptional Project Engineer and always set challenging yet achievable goals for our team as we worked through the legacy backlog of issues at an unprecedented rate. He even took additional Engineering and Leadership professional development courses, bringing that experience back to our teams to further improve our efficiency. Sean quickly became a rising star in our organization through his experience, dedication, and hard work. I am sure that he will be at least as valuable in your organization as he was ours.
