started as site supervisor in precast yard. Majority of time at SBC I spent on the night shift with the role as site manager number one on site managing workforce. the scope of works was the demolition of the old Quay with then the proposed constriction of Quay tasks involved braking out concrete slab and deck following up with fishing out broken concrete debris from deck out of the river with crawler crane and grab attachment complex engineering onsite to apply installation of 30 meter of tube piles driven into river bed for reconstruction of proposed Quay with planks/deck structure spliced in place with heavy RC and high volumes of concrete pours to secure deck. I supervised in the precast building yard when on the day shift - measuring ordering of concrete for precast units prior to placement on deck.

site manager assisting the project manager on all day to day duties. managing all trades on site driving programme forward, relevant paperwork accordance to up to date legislation.the project build was a large extension of the 2nd floor to main building of proctor & gamble Longbenton. Works design included steel framework.cladding. Ash felt roof. with part cemboard installed to lower walls. The project was delivered ahead of programme with no accidents onsite or any serous near misses recorded, all works was complex with daily lifts planned accordance with programme. workforce had to be managed and briefed daily ahead of the days activity onsite. regular meetings and inductions carried out, all site paper work and company's main sever work updated and completed daily.
