Seamus led the Analysis and Insights team I relied on to do my work effectively. I don't think I've ever worked with a team that delivered as much value and actionable insights as Seamus' team. Whether it's a fire drill analysis, an experiment plan, a dashboard, or a game changing strategic decision needed urgently, Seamus and his team always delivered clear and concise findings, even when the work they did to get to those findings was complex and highly nuanced. Seamus both has amazing technical expertise when it comes to Uber's data infrastructure and people management skills. Asides from being an inspirational and reliable leader to his team, Seamus is an expert at managing many stakeholders (I was one among the many) and prioritizing their unending stream of requests for his team based on what delivered the most business impact.
