The Center delivers its services within three distinct program areas: Skills Training, Development and Micro Enterprise. Incorporated in October 1992 as a not-for-profit organization, the Center strives to improve communities by applying innovative economic development strategies. TED Center seeks to revitalize the communities it serves by providing innovative business solutions for low and mid-income individuals and technical assistance to socially and economically disadvantaged and women-owned enterprises to spur new business and job creation within the local economy.
