Bio
Luke Webber
In my nearly six years at SyncSoft, I watched Sea grow from a newly-hatched undergraduate into a confident and supremely capable alpha-developer. I worked closely with him throughout our mutual time there, and I never found him wanting. Beyond his grasp of the new and hot .NET technologies, Sea has proven very proficient in dealing with, and frequently improving upon, older and decidedly less than hot applications. Over the past year, Sea has spearheaded the development of a completely new, web-based interface for an ageing and complex application, and he has done it with a tiny team, from a standing start. He is in every dimension, a very impressive young man, and I don't mind saying that he's more of a developer than I am. Sea is also an excellent and accommodating team member, and a generally good guy to have around. If you have the great good fortune to be given the opportunity to hire him, you should jump at the chance, before somebody else does.
