  As the Fulfilment Site Operations Manager, I orchestrate day-to-day administration functions while liaising with third party contractors including cleaning, security, agency colleagues, and transport staff to eliminate all inconsistencies and redundancies. I achieve strategic objectives of organisation by presenting statistical performance analysis to key stakeholders and proposing recommendations. I oversee hiring and recruitment operations to add value to existing team with fresh ideas and broad perspectives. I enforce end-to-end legal compliance controls for fleets and colleagues to avoid potential fines and lawsuits. I train and coach a team of 5 senior managers, 10 junior managers, and ~300 colleagues to enhance capabilities at individual and group levels.
