I worked with Scott for 2 years at V.Group most of which I reported to him directly. Although I could talk extensively about his attention to detail, technical proficiency and knowledge of programs and software, it is his management skills that upon reflection have had a lasting impact on me. As a recent graduate Scott dedicated a significant amount of time and attention to helping me learn and improve my own skills, pushing me when appropriate and developing me into an integral part of the team. There is no doubt what I have taken from Scott has had a significant impact on my own career trajectory. Further to this, he also acted as a friend and a great support for everything non-work related at the time for which I am grateful.
