Scott never ceased to surprise me! During our time together at 3Degrees, he always brought positive energy, creativity and new insights to the table, and was dogged in his desire to foster strong relationships. His natural curiosity and desire to tackle tough problems - for our clients, our business and the environment - reaped rewards across the board. Plus, Scott is just fun to work with! I highly recommend Scott as both colleague and leader.

Scott and I worked together when he lead the west coast sales team at EnerNOC. Scott was a pleasure to work with as he always had a great ability to balance the customers positive business outcomes with EnerNOCs best interests. This type of collaborative approach is rare. Scott helped to evolve his team from selling point solutions to solving enterprise energy management challenges for our customers. A difficult evolution but Scott lead from the front.
