Scott Losee was a founding board member of ISCA [previously AGIC] and was the longest serving director upon his retirement in December 2014. He was a key contributor to the development of the IS rating tool and provided significant industry insight and expertise. He chaired and continues to serve on the Technical Committee for the IS tool development and is a valuable resource in the infrastructure sustainability space.

Two years ago, I was part of AECOM’s environmental practice in Brisbane Australia, in which Scott was the Technical Director. During my time there, I had the chance to offer environmental consulting services with Scott’s team to private and public clients with various challenges, namely regarding waste management, atmospheric emissions and sustainability, among others. Scott has a deep technical expertise in managing consulting projects with major environmental challenges, which was a great asset for our team. In addition to being a reliable and genuine team player, Scott’s experience allowed him to develop a strategic vision to develop and maintain business relationship with clients.
