Analyzed the $170 million SIF budget and tracked more than $50 million in Congressional appropriations and $100 million in private or state and local government grants tiered across 16 grantees & 120 sub-grantees. Reviewed grantee expenditures to ensure timely progress against contract scope and efficient leveraging of grant funds. Insights from this process informed further SIF grantmaking, comprised key performance indicators and SIF dashboard tools, supported operations consulting for these grantees, and contributed to White House reports, the SIF public website, and SIF strategic documents. Analyzed quasi-experimental data from randomized control trial design to create empirics-driven measurement & evaluation dashboard, which supported grantees by enabling more tailored technical assistance across 10 issue areas and more strategic deployment of the $170 million SIF budget. Overhauled the SIF website, wrote press releases, and designed strategy to engage with sub-grantees, national and local press, Congress, and the White House, resulting in 12 months of press coverage in the White House Blog, The Denver Post, The Tulsa World, Governing Magazine, The Queens Times- Ledger, and The Cincinnati Enquirer.
