Scott was a fellow client of Denterlein’s for two years and I had the pleasure of working with him directly on several marketing and communication projects, such as developing communication materials, strategies and social media to enhance patient experience and employee engagement as well as elevating brand awareness. Scott came to Coastal Medical as an intern under my management and I knew immediately that he should be part of our marketing team full-time. He is an absolute self-starter with a quiet confidence that makes him recognized as a leader. Scott doesn’t ask how to complete work; he analyzes the situation and then comes up with a solution. On more than one occasion, Scott taught himself a new computer program in order to complete a project and the result was so well executed that I had no idea he was using new skills. He was extremely creative and collaborative not only within our team but companywide. Always a constant source of great ideas and thoughtful considerations, Scott has the ability to remain calm and even-tempered even when the world around him is hectic. Even though our workload was demanding, he had the ability to prioritize projects so work never fell behind.
