Manually process personnel changes for employees throughout the seven companies under the Harbor umbrella. Through the use of CYMA, the company's Payroll and Finance software, I process all status changes, personal demographic and information changes, pay information changes, title changes, terminations, and transfers. This also includes tracking benefit ending dates, mid pay period exclusions, and PTO payouts for individual employees. Enter all new hires into the Payroll software, CYMA. This manual process includes keying in all applicant data, setting the proper general ledger (GL) and worker's comp (WC) codes for the required features of said new hire. Send applicants their online new hire paperwork via the onboarding system. Oversee the completion of the paperwork and provide technical support for applicants and users. Process pre-hire packets for company new hires. Coordinate with the required departments for employee setups. Review information with new hires on their first day. This would include new hire paperwork, an overview of Benefits, the 401(k), and the completion of the Form I-9.
