  Mr. Guenther has maintained a general litigation and business law practice since 1993. The focus of his practice is representing insurance carriers/employers in the defense of Kentucky workers' compensation claims and in providing general advice and counseling to small to medium size businesses on the myriad of legal issues they are confronted with on a daily basis. Examples of areas in which Guenther routinely provides legal assistance include general employment law, wage and hour issues, workers' compensation, vendor disputes, customer disputes, disputes with competitors, and contract law. Many of Guenther's clients are businesses with fifty to one hundred employees. Although Guenther strives to help his clients avoid the time and expense associated with court cases and trials, he regularly represents his clients in court on a variety of litigation matters.

  Scott Guenther served as Managing Partner of Adams, Stepner, Woltermann & Dusing, P.L.L.C. from January 1, 2012, through December 31, 2015. In that role, Guenther oversaw the day to day operations of the law firm. He was also responsible for the development and execution of the firm's strategic plan and the overall direction of the law firm. After serving two terms of two years each in this role, Guenther transitioned back to practicing law on a full time basis.
