Duane Furner

Scott was an absolute whiz with the sortation systems at the Shawnee Hub for FedEx Ground. Whether it was upgrades, expansion of the hub, or routine maintenance and PM work, Scott had it all under control. He was never too busy to answer a question about how something worked and would explain it in a manner in which someone without the technical background could understand. His crew was extremely professional as well which reflected his leadership abilities. It was a pleasure to work with Scott.

Ken Hill

Scott can make a sortation system perform exceptionally.
