These projects were client facing legacy migration projects of Mainframe code to cloud and server based systems primarily written in Java and .NET. This work was focused on managing the developer team and keeping deadline delivery on track. This included running our daily technical standups, helping developers with their needs and managing development and delivery tasks with Jira and Azure boards. This role also included leadership work coordinating with other internal teams and the various client teams. My main focus in this role was ensuring quality code was delivered and communicating the developer teams needs and accomplishments and making sure the project was on track for success from the technical standpoint. In this time I helped Deloitte with 2 separate projects for two separate clients and both were delivered on time.
