I had the privilege of working with Scott when we were both still on Active Duty. To this day, I’ve never met someone as detail oriented or mission focused. Scott is professionally fearless, and as thorough as they come. As a junior officer, he took on a role intended for those with over a decade of experience, and did so while delivering superior results. This was not an isolated event, either. He’s done the same at other assignments throughout his career. He’s a firm but fair leader, one who has high expectations for himself. He holds others to the same standard, raising the bar for performance on his teams. When a teammate does struggle, he first seeks understanding. This makes him a valuable sounding board for his direct reports. Taken together, his expertise and desire to coach makes him an approachable, highly effective leader of people. I can’t heap enough praise on Scott, or do his true abilities justice here. Suffice it to say, he elevates those around him and makes his team better. I’d be thrilled to work with him again…anytime, anywhere.

I give Scott my highest recommendation. He is among the most capable students with whom I have worked as a University Professor. I am on the faculty of the faculty of the Aerospace and Defense MBA program at the University of Tennessee and 2020 I served as Scott’s faculty advisor. Scott’s course project saved millions in revenue by creating a method of forecasting and monitoring modification workload using statistical techniques. His performance in the classroom was excellent. He went above and beyond course requirements, for example, applying Tableau data visualization software in one of his assignments.
