Scott and I have worked together leading teams on several critical projects in Sales IT at GEICO that demanded speed to market. I would count this as one of the best partnerships I had throughout my career where we were able to merge our unique skill sets to deliver high quality work. I consider Scott as a great mentor and coach. He is always looking at ways he can develop his team. We were able to bring maturity in agile practices, attract & grow talent in both our teams. He thinks out of the box and focuses on the value add. One of the major accomplishments during our tenure at GEICO Sales was the rollout of the Sales customer facing application to several large states which had unique regulatory and compliance requirements. The in-depth business domain knowledge across several business functions & project management skills that Scott brought to the table essentially made these projects a huge success.He has now taken his skills to other areas in GEICO and continues to deliver great results.
