Scott fundamentally changed the way his department interacted with the rest of our organization. One very tangible thing he did was to move his departments' management systems from paper and excel spreed-sheets to a much more understandable system that worked in concert with the MIS other departments in our company use. From a salesperson's perspective, the improvements he brought made it much easier to communicate between my customers and his department- making it easier to keep customers happier and generate more business.
